I'm Faith O'Malley — an owner's representative with a background in architectural design and construction management. I started North End Development after recognizing a gap in custom residential construction: homeowners deserve an experienced advocate in their corner to navigate the design and construction process on their behalf. With experience as an Owner's Representative on projects ranging from $3M–$30M across the South Bay and Cabo, I understand both the creative vision and the realities of the job site.

I love that every project is different — each home reflects the unique style and personality of its owner. There's something deeply rewarding about creating a tangible space where families and friends will share special moments and build lasting memories.

Based in Hermosa Beach, I'm never far from the ocean or planning my next ski trip. When I'm not on a job site, you'll find me enjoying the same coastal lifestyle that drew me here in the first place.
